Giselle Perezblas


Mass media and communication strategist. Specialist in political and social communication and crisis management. She began her career path at Noticieros Televisa production working as head of information. She coordinated reporters and content in news and entertainment programs.

In 2005 she created Auguro Estrategia y Comunicación. As the head of the company, the only one in its field capable of implementing both aerial and territorial strategies, she has been in charge of political and communication strate- gies of several campaigns as well as the communication of states and municipal governments , including the Mexico City, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, San Cristóbal de las Casas, Tapachula, Tijuana, Puebla, León and the states of Quintana Roo, Chiapas, Durango, Yucatán, Veracruz, Nuevo Leon and Oaxaca, among others; a total of 50 for 2016 .

She has also collaborated on several occasions in the design and implementation of media strategies and com- munication products with institutions such as CONEVAL (National Council for Evaluation of Social Development Policy) ICADEP (National Institute of Training and Political Development) and PRI (Institutional Revolutionary Party), among others.

In 2010 she was part of the design of messages of the National Cancer Institute of the United States Government and Ogilvy Washington for Latin America, as well as a Media Trainer of the spokesmen of the US Latin America Cancer Research Network.

Later in 2011 she served in the Cámara de Diputados as the connection between of the President’s oflce from the mexican Congress and the Social Communication Coordination of parliamentary fractions. That same year she was in charge of media communication for the AMAI (Mexican Association of Research Agencies and Public Opinion).

In 2012 she was the communications and image strate- gist of 7 local campaigns as well as the responsible of the presidential campaign of the PRI in Durango state.

For 2013, in the same state, she was in charge of the communication strategies for the campaigns to renew mayoralties.

She was responsible for the strategy, image and media communication of the Colosio Foundation in Mexico City, as well as campaigns during the process of 2013 in various states of Mexico (Tijuana and Durango, among others) and the strategy of press and broadcasting of the representation of the PRI facing the IFE (Federal Electoral Institute), and pro bono campaigns for NGOs.

That same year she was nominated and awarded as “Rising Star 2013 ” by Campaigns and Elections magazine in Washington DC becoming the first Latin American woman to receive this award; one of the most prestigious honors in politics in which an international group of consultants under 35 who have reached a record of achievement in communication policy or strategy transcending borders are selected.

In 2014 she collaborated in the creation of CEDE (Specia- list College in Demoscopía and Surveys) . She developed communication campaigns in the states of Veracruz and Nuevo Leon, remaining in charge of the strategic and social communication of the city council of Durango. In 2015 she coordinated the election campaign of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo , Guerrero representing the PRI.

She is a member of the IAPC (International Association of Political Consultants) and has been outstanding throughout her career for her expertise in political, social, public image and natural disasters crisis management and control.

In the elections of 2016 he led the campaign for the governorship of Quintana Roo, being responsible for his victory with historical results in a state where it had never existed alternation. He was also part of the communication strategy during the elections of Oaxaca.
